Who we are

What we collect

Waiting list: your email address, the letter you hoped for (if you chose one), the date you signed up and your consent to receive emails.

Orders: your name, email, phone number, delivery and billing address, the pieces you bought and your order history. Card details are entered directly with our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.

Your bag: the items in your bag are saved in your own browser (local storage) so they are still there when you come back. They are not sent to us until you check out.

Messages: whatever you choose to tell us when you write to us.

Why we use it

To take, deliver and support your order (performance of a contract).

To email you about Drop 01 and the next drops, only if you agreed to it (consent). You can unsubscribe from any email at any time.

To keep accounting and tax records we are required to keep (legal obligation), and to prevent fraud (legitimate interest).

Who we share it with

Only with the services we need to run the shop: our payment provider, our hosting provider, our email service and the courier who delivers your parcel. Each receives only what it needs for its part of the job.

Some of these services may process data outside your country. Where that happens we rely on the safeguards required by law, such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Waiting list data until you unsubscribe or the list is closed. Order data for as long as tax and accounting law requires, usually several years. Messages for as long as we need them to answer you.

Cookies and storage

The site uses only what it needs to work: a session flag so the opening screen is shown once per visit, and your saved bag. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we ever add analytics we will update this page first.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format. You can withdraw consent at any time. Write to studio@santinoarchive.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
