Your right to cancel

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Tell us by email before the 14 days are over, with your order number.

Numbered pieces are part of a limited edition but are not made to your personal order, so this right applies to them too.

Sending it back

Send the piece back within 14 days of telling us, unworn, unwashed and with its label, in its original packaging if possible. Return shipping is paid by you unless the piece is faulty or we sent the wrong one.

Refunds

We refund the price of the piece and the original standard shipping cost within 14 days of receiving it back, to the same payment method you used. If the piece shows signs of wear, we may reduce the refund by the loss in value.

What happens to a returned piece

A returned piece goes back into the edition. Its area on the carpet opens again and it can be chosen by someone else.

Exchanges

Each numbered piece exists only once. If you need another size, write to us before sending anything back and we will tell you what is possible. Otherwise return it for a refund and, if it is still available, choose another piece.

Faulty pieces

If something is wrong with your piece, write to studio@santinoarchive.com with photos. We will repair, replace or refund it, and cover the return shipping.
