The seller

The pieces

Drop 01 is an edition of thirty-two Fragment Hoodies. Each one is unique: it carries its own numbered area of the carpet and its own letter. Once a piece is sold, it is not made again.

Images are design concepts. The final patch is made from the approved sample and may differ slightly in thread colour and detail. Small irregularities are part of the making and are not defects.

Orders

Adding a piece to your bag does not reserve it. A piece is yours once payment is confirmed; until then another person may buy it first. If that happens, you will not be charged.

We confirm every order by email. We may cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or if the piece is no longer available, and we will refund any amount paid in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where it applies. Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay. Orders shipped outside our country may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are paid by the buyer.

Payment is taken by our payment provider when you place the order.

Waiting list

People on the waiting list may be invited to choose a piece before the drop opens, in the order they signed up. Joining the list does not guarantee a piece or a specific letter.

Returns and liability

Your rights to cancel and return are described on the Returns page. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

We are not liable for indirect losses or for delays caused by events outside our control, such as courier or customs delays.

Intellectual property

The designs, photographs, texts and the site itself belong to Santino Archive or are used with permission. The carpet reproduced in Drop 01 is from the collection of the Azerbaijan Carpet Museum. Buying a piece does not give the right to reproduce its design.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of [Country whose law governs these terms]. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country.
