Duties and taxes

Parcels sent outside our country may be charged import duties and taxes by your local customs. These are set by your country and paid by the buyer on delivery.

If something goes wrong

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, write to us within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos, and we will put it right.
